The contributed talks will be 15 minutes long (12 minutes + questions), the invited talks will be 20 minutes long (17 minutes + questions) and the tutorial talks will be 25 minutes long (20 minutes + questions). The preferred aspect ratio for the slides is 16:9. We ask the speakers to bring their presentation to the organizers on a USB stick during the break preceding their session at the latest.

The poster board can accommodate 4 ft by 4 ft (1.2 m by 1.2 m). The preferred format is vertical A0. The poster session will be held in the same building as the talks (Tate Hall). Posters for the first session on Tuesday afternoon can be installed starting on Monday morning. For the second poster session, which will take place on Thursday, the posters can be installed starting from Wednesday morning.
